SAG Background

The Illinois Energy Efficiency Stakeholder Advisory Group (SAG) was created in 2008, at the direction of the Illinois Commerce Commission (ICC). SAG acts in an advisory capacity and seeks consensus resolution on educational topics, policy, and technical issues related to Illinois energy efficiency programs. SAG participation is open to all interested participants, unless a topic presents a Financial Conflict of Interest. The group is independently facilitated by Celia Johnson Consulting.
